Michael Bayer grew up in Green Bay, WI and went to college at Indiana University. He later moved to Washington, DC and then to New York City where he worked in advertising. Having a burning desire to start a business he quit his job and started Vismo Media in December, 2008 with his cousin Augusto Sotomayor. One of his best qualities is persistence. He believes in order for great goals to be accomplished a business must have a great team that never gives up.
While not working Mike enjoys travelling which he shares in common with his cousin Augusto. He has been all around Europe and parts of South America. He hopes to go to Asia sometime in the near future.
