Q: How do I get started?

A: It is very easy to get started. All you need to do is email or call us. We will then set up a time when you can discuss with a specialist how you would like your script created.

Q: How does the process work, and how much time will it take?

A: There are 3 phases to the production process:

Script Creation: To start, you fill out a "Script Form". Then, you speak with a creative specialist that will consult with you on your ideas. The specialist will make a first draft of the script and then email it to you so that you can make corrections. The draft will pass back and forth between you and the specialist until you are satisfied.

Estimated time: 1-2 weeks

Production: After your script is finalized and we have all necessary material, the production phase begins. You will be notified of all progress during this process through updates and screen shots of the graphics as needed. You will be presented with options to choose any talent, like narrators or actors, needed in the production of your video.

Estimated time: 2-6 weeks

Final Video Revisions: After the video production step is complete, we will send you the first draft of your video. You can then request any changes you want made to your video. Minor changes are included in the price, whereas major changes will result in extra charges. *See below for more about minor and major changes.

Q: What if I want to make changes to my video?

A: Minor changes are included in the price of your video, while major changes will result in additional costs that will be charged to you. Minor changes: These include changes to colors, text, music, position of graphics, and simple animation, as well as deletions. All minor changes are included in the price. Major Changes: These include any changes resulting from a change in the script originally approved by the client. Redoing any part of the voice-over is a major change. Major changes will result in additional charges.

Q: What forms of payment do we accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards, checks, and PayPal payments.

Q: How does the initial deposit work?

A: To start the process, an initial payment of 50% of the total price is required. The remaining 50% is made after the video is complete and no additional changes are needed by the client.

Q: What is included in the price?

A: Script creation, customer support, illustration, graphics, professional voice-over *(see below), photos, sound effects, stock music, animation, Minor Changes *(see here)

Professional voice-over: You will be presented with demos of voice-over artists. You may choose one voice-over artist for use in your video. Any additional voice-over artists involves additional charges.

Q: What is the price of a video?

A: We have three types of video formats. *Prices are based on a minute-long video: Basic ($2,800), Standard ($4,900), and Premium ($8,000).

A: The higher the format of the video, the more elaborate and detailed it will be.

Q: What if I want to make changes to my completed video in the future?

A: You will be able to make changes to your video in the future. The cost of the changes will be based on the length of the section of the video being changed and the types of changes.

Q: What if I want a video over one minute in length?

A: All prices are based on a one minute video. We do not base a video's price entirely on its length, however, so if you have an idea for a longer video, please feel free to contact us to get a price quote.
